UK MD of a Multi-National Company

(We) engaged the services of MG Professional Consultancy to work with us on a number of projects between the period of August 2019 and October 2020.

Mark was initially looking at a very specific project area for us on a short time scale, however, we quickly recognised the value that he could bring to our organisation and so by the time he left us at the end of October, he had worked on a number of key project areas for us.

Mark has helped us to analyse our processes in a number of areas and his work has allowed us to simplify, clarify and remove duplication of effort across functions. He has also worked with us to identify how we could use existing systems more effectively.

As a business, we chose to keep working with Mark throughout the Coronavirus pandemic as we felt his work was extremely worthwhile in helping us emerge stronger from the crisis.

During his time with us, Mark has built strong relationships across the business that have helped him to achieve project goals.
